Vocal giveaways:  When a player talks, does their voice change?  Does it sound higher? Lower? Maybe it is happier or as though they are deep in thought?  More often with novice players you will find tells in the voice of a player and find that they give away many secrets by how they say something. Anxiety:  This can vary from player to player, but when pressure mounts some players fall into anxiety and give large tells.  For some they begin to breath deeper, their chest may bulge more when breathing.  For some others as mentioned before their voice may change.  While others may start to perspire and sweat or feel hot all of a sudden, giving away their secret to those with a keen eye.
